    Can I check in early?

    Please reach out to your host. It is most likely that we have guests staying before you, in which case we would not be able to accommodate your request!

    How good is the wifi?

    All our units come with high speeds Wi-Fi, so it’s comfortable for work-from-home.. If you run into any issues, just reach out to our Customer Support team and we’ll get it sorted as quickly as possible.

    Is carrying a Government ID Mandatory?

    Yes, Submitting a government approved identity card is mandatory before your check-in

    How would I know if my booking is confirmed?

    Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive an email from us confirming your stay, along with a WhatsApp message that includes all the key details. If you have any questions or run into any issues with your booking, just reach out to our Customer Support team, and we’ll guide you through it.

  • Payment

    Your booking will be confirmed once 100% of the booking amount is transferred.

    We Dont take cash at the property - it needs to be paid online via the website itself.

  • Changing and rescheduling of booking

    Changing dates and rescheduling your stay will be subject to availibility.

    Please get in touch with the customer support team for the same.

  • Damages

    Fines applicable in case of any damages. Please keep the place clean and use this space as if it were your own.

  • Cancellations and Refunds

    Full refunds will not be processed once the booking is made.
