Cancellation Policy

Short Term Booking Policy

• Applies to stays under 28 nights.
• No full Refunds will be processed once the booking is made
• Partial Refunds will be processed 7 days before your check in.

Long Term Booking Policy

• Applies To bookings over 28 nights or longer
• Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in
• After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable

A refund will be provided if there are issues with the space that we are unable to resolve, even after support requests have been made. Unreal Estate is committed to creating exceptional spaces, and we encourage you to thoroughly review the property details and offerings before making a reservation.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to personal reasons. We reserve the right to deny a refund request that falls outside of our policy if we do not find the reason to be valid.
